1. What are the shipping restrictions for Dreamstyle Hair Shampoo?

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We do not ship to HI, PR, AK and UK Territories as we cannot ship via plane due to hazmat issues.

Please also note this also does not qualify for express shipping.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 UK states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and ship globally to most countries.

 

For professional orders, we ship only to select countries.

 

Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

 

4. When will my order be processed?

Orders placed on the website will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday may experience additional processing times.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. Changes or cancellations to an order can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order, and are not guaranteed. All processing times are estimates subject to change. Please note that choosing express shipping does not expedite the processing time and the order must process before the express shipping period begins.

The quoted prices are inclusive of sales taxes when they are shipping to a jurisdiction that is aligned to the domain. For those shipments outside of locations that match the domain, the customer is responsible for the import duties.
